Lead end-to-end recruiting for DriveNets, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through online channels, conducting HR interviews, evaluating cultural fit, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. The role requires independent work in a fast-paced environment and may involve recruiting technical or R&D talent in networking, AI infrastructure, or software engineering.

Lead and contribute to backend development for an AI datacenter orchestration platform. Build APIs, workflows, data models, and distributed services spanning compute, networking, and accelerators. Own features through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support while improving reliability, performance, observability, and CI/CD practices. Manage a software development team, participate in architecture and code reviews, and collaborate closely with customers and engineers.

Lead the DNOS-SAI system integration testing team and own release quality on Broadcom Tomahawk platforms. Develop and execute test plans for AI data-center networking, validate routing, switching, QoS, GPU clusters, and AI workloads, and analyze performance and congestion. Investigate defects with R&D, verify fixes, run regressions, and support network design and customer bring-up. The role requires deep networking, AI/HPC fabric, Linux, GPU workload, and automation expertise.
