Coordinates reception, office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, workplace services, budgets, travel, meetings, events, and executive support for a regional office. The role manages visitors and communications, maintains organized shared spaces, processes invoices, supports building services, prepares presentations, and assists leadership teams and regional initiatives.

Leads the Learning & Enablement function, managing the team and scaling learning operations across field and office populations. Designs onboarding, role-readiness, leadership, and development programs; oversees learning platforms, content governance, vendors, reporting, and effectiveness measurement. Partners with Operations, HR Business Partners, and functional leaders to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions, improve employee capability, and support talent initiatives such as competency frameworks, career pathing, and development planning.

Designs and develops blended learning programs, eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, facilitator materials, and other enablement resources. Partners with HR, Operations, and business stakeholders to translate role expectations and business needs into scalable learning solutions. Maintains learning content, evaluates effectiveness using feedback and performance data, supports implementation, and continuously improves programs for field and office employees.
