Lead regional network engineer supporting the DoD medical mission in the Pacific Region. Troubleshoot and resolve complex LAN/WLAN/WAN issues; install, configure, document, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and IDS; use tools like SolarWinds Orion, ARMIS, Ansible, and MRTG; advise government stakeholders; establish standards, procedures, and performance monitoring; lead Network Specialists and coordinate with NetMOD Network Standards Team.

Manage and oversee contract task performance, supervise assigned staff, ensure deliverables (including Monthly Progress Report) are accurate and submitted on time, maintain compliance with contract/PWS, communicate status and changes to the COR, and coordinate on service improvements, schedule changes, and security events.

Design, implement, and test full-stack solutions using object-oriented principles and TDD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver front-end and back-end components, produce technical designs, estimate effort, and adopt best practices.
