Bloch is excited about Digit’s latest offering, Direct (powered by MetaBank®), which allows members to set up three separate accounts across spending, bills and savings in addition to previous features including investing for long-term savings. He’s also excited about how a product like this will help grow the company and his team, professionally and personally. Digit offers learning and development budgets, internal training and career development plans for employees, and prioritizes promoting from within.

Lin is proud to be a woman in the male-dominated engineering field. She’s active in Digits’ belonging group for women (Wigits), hosting a monthly lunch for the group to help members develop public speaking skills. She's also proud of her latest project, building the new user onboarding flow for Direct, which will open the floodgates to those who've never used Digit before.
