Owns end-to-end supply chain operations for a light manufacturing facility, including inventory strategy, material planning, freight and logistics optimization, supplier and contract manufacturer management, tariff and trade compliance, and on-time delivery. The role drives cost savings, working capital improvements, NPI readiness, KPI reporting, and data-driven process automation using ERP queries, Excel, and Power Query.

Serve as a cross-functional Deal Desk Specialist supporting Sales, Billing, and Operations. Execute quoting workflows in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite, manage account transfers/consolidations, handle billing exceptions, triage inbound sales leads and voicemails, and communicate status to stakeholders. Identify process improvements and ensure accurate, timely execution of complex account transactions while delivering strong customer-facing service.

Serve as a cross-functional deal desk specialist supporting Sales, Billing, and Operations. Manage Salesforce CPQ quoting, account transfers/consolidations, billing exception resolution, inbound sales triage, and communication across teams to ensure accurate account transactions and excellent customer experience.
