Own revenue operations infrastructure across new business, renewals, upsell, and self-service growth. Manage CRM governance, quoting, deal desk workflows, quote-to-cash operations, subscription billing, churn and expansion analysis, forecasting, dashboards, and revenue systems. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Growth Engineering, and Systems Engineering to improve processes, surface risks and opportunities, and maintain reliable commercial reporting.

Own territory sales and pipeline growth across a two-tier distributor and reseller channel. Identify, qualify, and close mid-market opportunities; manage leads, quotes, opportunity data, and forecasts in NetSuite; support larger field-sales deals; expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell; assist with renewals and retention; and collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and customer success teams.

Maintain and improve AWS, Azure, hybrid CI, cloud, and automated test infrastructure for networking appliances and software platforms. Build infrastructure as code, strengthen development and deployment processes, automate resource utilization, reduce costs, and support engineering teams. Requires AWS, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, scripting, system administration, and infrastructure automation experience; Azure and Kubernetes are beneficial.
