Lead strategy and execution of influencer campaigns across industries, overseeing casting, negotiation, contracting, content management, and performance reporting. Collaborate with PR and integrated teams to align social storytelling with brand objectives, optimize campaigns using insights, build lasting influencer partnerships, manage junior staff, support new business, and act as agency liaison with platforms and partners.

Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to design and improve operational systems, drive cross-functional initiatives, manage staffing and resource planning, reduce administrative burden, coordinate new business operations and proposals, and increase accountability and efficiency across the agency.

Support integrated PR and influencer communications across earned, owned, shared, and paid channels. Assist with influencer research, outreach, campaign logistics, content tracking, reporting, and event coordination. Draft briefs, media lists, and reports; monitor performance and audience sentiment; collaborate with PR and social teams; support new business research and proposal work. Stay current on platforms and creator trends and help maintain influencer and partner relationships.
