Supports profitable growth and financial planning for renewable energy services. Develops pricing, evaluates costs and margins, coordinates proposals and contract reviews, supports budgets and forecasts, analyzes performance, and prepares executive presentations. The role also improves reporting processes, facilitates cross-functional decisions, manages commercial deliverables, and provides business development support. Work is primarily office-based, with four days per week onsite.

The Manager, FP&A leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive and Board reporting. The role partners with business leaders on capital allocation, cost management, investments, M&A, asset sales, and financings. Responsibilities include improving planning systems and data quality, supporting accounting processes, and coaching FP&A analysts. The position is based in Charlotte, NC, with four days per week in the office.

Perform month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities; manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations; handle cash accounting; prepare balance sheet reconciliations; execute SOX controls; support audits, ERP implementations, and UAT; analyze financial variances; and drive process improvements with cross-functional partners.
