Lead and execute community engagement plans for wind, solar, and storage projects. Coordinate outreach to landowners, elected officials, regulators, and NGOs; prepare materials and multimedia assets; organize meetings, hearings, open houses, and conferences; synthesize stakeholder feedback into actionable changes; collaborate with development, external affairs, environment and permitting, corporate communications, and operations teams to secure permits and social license and maintain community relationships.

Develop and manage maintenance plans and resource-based schedules for wind, solar, and high-voltage assets. Create execution-ready work packages, coordinate multi-site scheduling and resources, maintain CMMS (Maximo), ensure materials and vendor readiness, monitor schedule performance, support reliability/NERC compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Provide engineering support for greenfield utility-scale solar projects including PV system design, energy modeling, technical due diligence, cost estimating, permitting, contracting, and coordinating handoff to execution while managing consultants and interfacing with cross-functional teams.
