Leads B2B revenue marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline, including integrated campaigns, ABM, paid programs, webinars, events, sales alignment, and customer expansion. Owns marketing operations leadership and the HubSpot MarTech stack while developing an AI-first operating model. Defines AI use cases, requirements, success metrics, and implementation paths through internal teams, agencies, and vendors, with accountability for program efficiency, reporting credibility, adoption, and measurable operating leverage.

Identify and qualify target prospects using strategic research and ABM tools, conduct outreach via phone/email/social, schedule qualified meetings for sales, align with sales and marketing on territory and campaigns, track activity in CRM, and report on outreach performance and pipeline metrics.
