Defendify Benefits Overview

Build and operate production software across backend services, frontend features, data pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure for a cybersecurity platform. Own features end to end, write secure and tested code, resolve production issues, participate in on-call support, improve observability and reliability, and contribute to architecture, code reviews, and planning. The role requires strong Go or Node.js experience, PostgreSQL knowledge, infrastructure familiarity, and sound technical judgment.

Lead Defendify’s finance and accounting function, owning controllership, monthly close, GAAP reporting, cash management, billing, collections, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and runway planning. Present financial insights to executives and the Board, support vendor negotiations, financing, fundraising, audits, and diligence, and build scalable financial systems and processes for continued growth.

Monitors and triages cybersecurity alerts across customer environments, reviews logs and evidence, identifies suspicious activity and false positives, documents investigations, escalates incidents, and supports reliable shift handoffs. The role follows security playbooks, collaborates with senior analysts during incident response, and helps improve alert handling and workflows in a 24/7 SOC environment.
