Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, vendor selection, casting, talent booking, production oversight, music licensing, editing, post-production, cost tracking, and stakeholder communication. The Producer manages multiple projects independently, coordinates creative and business teams, ensures deadlines and budgets are met, and addresses legal, operational, and production risks.

Leads brand strategy for major accounts, combining business strategy, creative planning, market analysis, go-to-market strategy, research, and integrated campaign development. Partners with creative and account leadership to produce impactful work, grow client relationships, strengthen consultative capabilities, and advance the agency’s strategy practice. Manages multidisciplinary teams, mentors talent, communicates with senior stakeholders, and anticipates risks.

Manage agency project workflows from creative development through client or vendor delivery. Coordinate account, creative, production, and resource teams; build schedules, prioritize work, facilitate meetings, track project details, manage risks, and recommend process improvements. The role supports full 360 campaigns and quick-turn social projects, with occasional on-set production and travel.
