Provides administrative and executive support through calendar coordination, meeting preparation, document organization, travel and expense assistance, recruiting coordination, candidate communication, training scheduling, LMS record maintenance, internal project support, and office administration. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, follow-through, and full-time onsite work in Scottsdale, including occasional local errands.

Lead day-to-day operations across Client Activation & Support, Audit, Content/Social, Co-Op, and Project Management. Manage and develop team leads, enforce SLAs and quality standards, drive process improvement and KPI reporting, support recruiting and vendor/invoice oversight, and ensure cross-functional alignment while reporting performance to the Sr. VP of Operations.
