Designs and extends Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including custom Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, data models, integrations, and deployments. Collaborates with stakeholders and QA to deliver scalable solutions, troubleshoot defects, and support clients. Debugs JavaScript and Node.js services, web and mobile applications, and cross-stack issues involving AWS and containerized environments. Ensures relevant HL7 and HIPAA compliance while coordinating with engineering, product, DevOps, and India-based support teams.

Leads cross-functional business and technology initiatives from planning through delivery. Drives Agile adoption, coaches Scrum Masters, facilitates ART syncs and sprint coordination, manages releases and dependencies, oversees Jira workflows, and provides executive reporting. Partners with Product, Engineering, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Data, Operations, and external stakeholders to mitigate risks, improve delivery processes, and implement automation, AI-enabled workflows, monitoring, and reporting improvements.
