Own end-to-end semi-monthly payroll and US benefits administration for ~100 employees using Rippling and Remote.com. Ensure multi-state payroll compliance, manage benefits programs and open enrollment, oversee COBRA and regulatory filings, support audits and integrations during global restructuring, optimize HRIS/payroll systems, and provide high-quality employee support and communications.

Drive day-to-day implementation and iteration of development programs; conduct research and analysis; support strategic communications and knowledge products; coordinate program management tasks, timelines, and deliverables; build stakeholder relationships and support scaling and learning across projects.

Support and lead research and analysis for social-impact projects across sectors (gender, climate, financial inclusion). Synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence, produce client-ready recommendations, drive project delivery, and mentor junior staff. Engage in firm-building, pursue professional development, and work closely with clients and stakeholders.
