The role requires autonomous problem-solving, ownership, strong communication, multitasking, workflow management, fluent English, and comfort working with diverse cultures in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Oversee transaction monitoring, screening, investigations, and AML controls for cross-border payment activity. Identify money-laundering risks, KYC gaps, fraud indicators, and regulatory issues; collaborate with counterparties and advise business teams on AML matters. Enhance monitoring processes, support growth while managing risk, and stay current with regulatory changes and emerging threats.

Executes compliance operations and risk-management activities, including BAU tasks, operational reporting, audit readiness, workflow optimization, banking relationship management, and detailed account reviews. Identifies transaction anomalies, changes in customer activity, and corporate-structure risks while collaborating with Client Support, Product, and IT teams in a cross-border payments environment.
