Supports the CEO as a trusted operational partner by managing calendars, communications, travel, meeting preparation, follow-up, confidential matters, vendors, office coordination, recruiting logistics, expenses, and special projects. The role protects executive priorities, drives accountability across teams, improves administrative processes, and serves as a liaison among leadership, employees, clients, vendors, and partners in a fast-paced on-site environment.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoints, networks, and security systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software, manage tickets and documentation, support IT projects and cloud deployments, perform on-site installations, and assist with client training. The role includes proactive issue remediation, client communication, occasional travel, and rotating after-hours/on-call support.
