Provide Tier III systems engineering and technical operations support for a global DoD ISR program: troubleshoot Linux/Windows/network/storage, manage enterprise patching and vulnerability remediation (DISA STIGs, RMF, ACAS/Tenable), support integrations, lifecycle sustainment, change/configuration management, and engineering support for worldwide operations.

Provide Tier II technical support for a global DoD AISR Full Motion Video environment. Receive and manage ITSM tickets, troubleshoot applications, networks, Linux and virtualization platforms, monitor systems, escalate to Tier III when needed, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain operational documentation, and support production-equivalent test environments to reproduce and validate fixes.

Maintain the program CMDB and comprehensive inventory records (hardware, software, licenses, BOMs). Track configuration item lifecycles, reconcile procurement and licensing, verify deployed systems against baselines, support audits/inspections, produce recurring asset and compliance reports, and coordinate engineering change documentation and vendor/supplier records across engineering, procurement, logistics, cybersecurity, and program management.
