Designs and validates RF/microwave evaluation boards, PCB assemblies, and customer reference designs. The role supports RF integration, board bring-up, simulation-to-measurement correlation, technical documentation, and customer design-in activities. Responsibilities include controlled-impedance routing, grounding, power integrity, thermal design, RF validation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customer teams. The engineer also translates customer requirements into product specifications and application solutions while supporting business development.

Supports RF communications system planning, testing, integration, validation, prototype assembly, troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical documentation. Maintains Jira and Confluence records, assists with test data collection and performance evaluations, and follows engineering and quality processes while developing practical experience in secure communications engineering.

Lead end-to-end quality assurance through manual and automated testing using Python and Playwright. Own test strategy, expand automation, investigate defects, integrate tests into CI/CD, manage test environments and data, communicate release risks, and improve QA practices. The role also provides technical guidance and mentorship while collaborating with engineering and product teams on requirements, acceptance criteria, testability, and reliable software releases.
