The role requires relocation to Frankfurt, Germany, with hybrid office work.

Owns the creative vision and player promise for an unannounced game, serving as the bridge between game development and publishing. Responsibilities include shaping publishing narratives, reviewing marketing, communications, and community outputs, supporting go-to-market planning, guiding franchise storytelling across launch and post-launch releases, and aligning game and publishing priorities. Requires strong creative judgment, player insight, cross-functional influence, and experience launching major games or live-service titles from within a game team.

Lead project delivery of game development, structure and manage teams, ensure quality outcomes, oversee stakeholder alignment, and improve operational models.
