Provide technical support to eCommerce and enterprise customers through chat, email, and video calls. Diagnose issues using logs, system files, remote access, and operating system expertise; recreate and track software defects; document resolutions; meet service levels; collaborate across teams; and participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Own end-to-end UX design for CrashPlan’s data protection products, from discovery and concept development through implementation. Partner with Product Management and Engineering to simplify complex technical workflows, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and incorporate research, usability testing, feedback, and product data. Help evolve design systems, improve existing experiences, communicate design rationale, and establish consistent UX practices across globally distributed teams.

Drive automation, deployment, reliability, and operational excellence for a large-scale cloud platform. Design and manage secure, highly available cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure), build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC with Terraform, lead incident response and root cause analysis, enforce security and SOC2 controls, mentor DevOps engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform automation and reliability in a 24x7 production environment.
