Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D models from sketches; verify dimensions, materials, and assembly relationships; apply manufacturing and engineering principles; execute ECOs/ECNs; produce schematics, charts, and BOM-supporting documentation using CAD tools; ensure ISO-compliant document control and configuration management; research components to meet design constraints.

Provides quality assurance support across product development, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. Develops quality plans and inspection procedures, conducts audits and inspections, performs root cause analysis and corrective actions, analyzes quality trends, and supports continuous improvement. Coordinates aerospace First Article Inspections under AS9102, supplier quality activities, and internal, customer, and third-party audits. The role is fully on-site in a manufacturing environment and requires compliance with ITAR eligibility restrictions.

Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems; implement quality control; create documentation; drive process improvements and cost reductions; manage projects and train production staff.
