The Risk Business Partner works with teams across the business to identify, assess, and manage risk. Responsibilities include supporting risk assessments, control reviews, incident and issue management, risk reporting, key risk indicators, governance activities, and operational resilience. The role also builds stakeholder relationships, provides practical risk guidance, identifies trends and improvement opportunities, and helps strengthen the organization’s risk culture and frameworks.

Supports enterprise risk management across the business by identifying and assessing risks, reviewing controls, monitoring incidents and key risk indicators, and contributing to reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with stakeholders to promote risk awareness, strengthen risk culture, support practical decision-making, and help ensure positive customer and business outcomes.

Develop and enhance insurance pricing models, rating structures, and optimization techniques. Analyze pricing data and provide recommendations to underwriting, analytics, and business stakeholders. Automate and document pricing processes, present technical proposals, support governance, lead projects, manage relationships, and help develop colleagues using Radar, Emblem, SAS, SQL, and Python.
