Coordinate and develop the agency systems function, maintaining agency databases, EDI facilities, accurate intermediary data, FCA compliance controls, and system governance. The role works with Distribution, Governance, and other stakeholders to support agency partners, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver accurate, high-quality service. Strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office skills, and relevant insurance, systems, administration, governance, or intermediary-facing experience are desired.

Leads Covea Insurance’s Commercial Schemes strategy, trading plan, team development, broker relationships, growth initiatives, portfolio performance, governance, and underwriting discipline. Uses management information, broker insight, and market trends to guide decisions while collaborating across underwriting, pricing, claims, and distribution. The role requires strong commercial judgment, leadership, stakeholder management, and insurance-sector experience.
