Leads strategic client relationships, account satisfaction, CRM and customer acquisition initiatives, integrated marketing programs, and agency delivery. The role manages complex projects, coordinates cross-functional teams and partners, identifies account growth opportunities, and ensures work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives. Regular collaboration with clients and stakeholders is required, including onsite work at client offices.

Owns end-to-end digital shelf, shopper marketing, and e-commerce programs across retailer platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Manages timelines, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, agile teams, and delivery quality. Leads digital shelf execution involving SEO, content syndication, taxonomy, ratings and reviews, and KPI optimization. Partners with marketing, sales, creative, technology, clients, and retail partners while contributing to business development and team leadership.

Own CRM strategy execution for major client accounts, translating program vision into segmentation, journey logic, suppression rules, campaign requirements, and measurement plans. Lead cross-functional teams delivering lifecycle journeys, advise clients, mentor strategists, support new business pitches, and develop reusable CRM frameworks. The role requires hands-on lifecycle marketing expertise, client-facing communication, and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
