Coordinates client stakeholders, architects, creative teams, and delivery teams; manages backlogs, supports Agile ceremonies, identifies platform constraints and functional gaps, and delivers client training and enablement.

Lead Centers of Excellence across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, and emerging channels. Set playbooks, train and mentor a team, stay hands-on in ad platforms, design testing and measurement frameworks, manage budgets and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC), and serve as the client-facing platform expert.
