Courier Health Benefits Overview

Build and lead the People Operations function for a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company. Responsibilities include designing HR systems and AI workflows, developing people metrics and dashboards, managing compensation, benefits, equity, payroll, leave, immigration, and employee lifecycle programs, and supporting executive decision-making. The role requires strong HR generalist expertise, total rewards ownership, analytical ability, and experience scaling People Operations at an early-stage technology company.

Leads sales strategy and operations, including pricing and packaging, deal desk, territory design, commercial analytics, forecasting, enablement, CRM strategy, and sales systems. Builds scalable coverage models, operating cadences, reporting standards, and processes that improve sales productivity. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, Product, and Product Marketing to guide go-to-market decisions, deal execution, positioning, and customer intelligence.

Own and evolve Courier Health's serverless-first AWS platform and multi-account architecture. Build and maintain Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security guardrails. Support engineering teams by deploying scalable Lambda/Step Functions/EventBridge/AppSync/Aurora/EKS systems, automating hardening, and improving developer-facing infrastructure and operations.
