Supports daily less-than-truckload freight operations by quoting, booking, scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments. Communicates with carriers, customers, brokers, and internal teams; resolves service issues; reviews freight classifications and documentation; maintains shipment records in transportation management systems; and assists with pricing, carrier selection, billing disputes, discrepancies, and accessorial charges.

Manage freight shipments from booking through delivery, coordinating customers, shippers, receivers, and carriers.
