Supports international distributor sales operations by coordinating marketing and training events, product registrations, documentation, forecasting, customer service meetings, returns, pricing, invoicing, and export project tracking. Acts as a key contact for distributor partners and collaborates with Finance, Marketing, Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, and Customer Services to resolve issues and support profitable global growth.

Lead the design and development of orthopaedic implants and instrumentation using CAD, FEA, and PLM practices. Review design outputs, mentor engineers, deliver design packages, support production transfer, and manage engineering changes and design-control documentation. Lead risk management, problem-solving, and CAPA-related design activities while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and project management teams. Support intellectual property generation, customer presentations, and compliance with medical-device regulations.

Manufacturing Production Engineer responsible for CNC programming, setup, operation, fault finding, process optimization, equipment performance, documentation, non-conformance management, tooling control, and continuous improvement. The role supports production flow, safety, OEE, cost reduction, and quality while training machinists and collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams. Weekend hours are Friday through Sunday, 05:30–18:30.
