The Senior Manager, Accounting oversees financial close, consolidations, reporting, budgeting, audits, internal controls, and accounting policy compliance across CIRI and its subsidiaries. The role manages GAAP, FAR, CAS, and ANCSA Section 7(i) requirements; supports accounting-system implementations and entity integrations; provides analysis to operating departments; and supervises and develops accounting staff. The position may be fully remote outside Alaska but requires regular travel to the Anchorage corporate office.

Multi-year leadership development placement reporting to the CEO, providing executive-level support, managing special projects, liaising with stakeholders, coordinating strategic communications, representing CIRI externally, and participating in ELT, Board, and Shareholder meetings. Role includes an individual development plan, mentoring, frequent travel, and placements across CIRI and subsidiaries.
