Collaborates with technical specialists, consultants, legal advisers, regulators, tangata whenua, landowners, communities, and internal teams. Identifies risks, dependencies, and critical-path issues; supports consenting strategies, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of consenting systems and processes.
