Energy
Leads Oracle HCM Cloud functional design, configuration, implementation, support, and release activities. Partners with HR, IT, business, offshore, onsite, and Oracle teams to gather requirements, resolve production issues, coordinate patch testing, manage data loads and conversions, develop documentation and training materials, and ensure compliant delivery. The role also performs incident management, root cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and emergency support outside normal business hours when required.
Energy
Analyzes and develops gas rates, tariffs, surcharges, and cost-recovery mechanisms. Prepares rate adjustments, revenue allocation studies, bill-impact analyses, regulatory filings, testimony, exhibits, workpapers, and responses to agency or intervenor requests. Interprets regulatory orders and tariff requirements, researches utility rates, communicates findings to stakeholders, and maintains accurate records. The role also supports emergency response assignments outside normal business hours.
Energy
Leads an AI platform engineering and solution delivery team responsible for designing, integrating, deploying, governing, and supporting enterprise AI, generative AI, automation, and agent-based solutions. Establishes architecture standards, integration patterns, SLAs, monitoring, security, compliance, and operational support models. Oversees the full software development lifecycle, partners with business and technology stakeholders, and drives reliable adoption of AI capabilities across clean energy programs.
