Support the Air Force AFIN Mission Assurance Center by providing tactical command-and-control for cyberspace operations. Install, configure, test, monitor and activate DoD network equipment per DISA standards; coordinate customers and vendors, manage service orders and TSOs, analyze DISN/databases, implement configurations, perform network monitoring, and resolve technical issues.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise storage and virtualized environments. Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi, manage backups with Commvault, configure storage solutions (Dell/VxRail), resolve tickets in BMC Remedy/ServiceNow, document work, support capacity planning, and provide customer-facing technical support and leadership across rotating shifts.
