Leads the Weatherization Project Management team, overseeing employees, subcontractors, project schedules, production forecasts, compliance, quality, budgets, and financial performance. Builds contractor relationships, monitors performance, implements corrective actions, and uses dashboards and data analysis to improve results. Ensures projects meet construction specifications, permitting, inspection, documentation, customer satisfaction, and funder requirements. The role is hybrid, includes regular project-site work, and requires travel of up to 50%.
