Community Health Care Benefits Overview

Provide oversight for financial reporting, budgeting, and complex month-end close activities. Serve as fiscal expert on statements, develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls, support managers with financial analysis, and lead special accounting projects. Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Provide maternity triage, direct obstetric nursing care, patient education, clinical documentation, and Maternity Support Services/Infant Case Management per First Steps guidelines. Perform screening, enrollments, motivational interviewing, clinical procedures (specimen collection, drug administration, immunizations, NSTs), and report test results.

Manage and optimize the organization's revenue cycle operations, ensuring billing compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers. Lead billing and coding accuracy, denial prevention, AR monitoring, and supervise billing staff while driving process improvements and reporting on revenue trends. Collaborate with Finance on reconciliations, fee schedules, and revenue integrity initiatives.
