Community Health Care Benefits Overview

Oversees the healthcare organization’s risk management program, including risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses, compliance audits, corrective actions, safety reporting, privacy reviews, policy development, staff training, and regulatory readiness. Partners with leadership, quality improvement teams, committees, and external agencies to manage patient safety, workplace safety, operational, privacy, and regulatory risks.

Supports and maintains the organization’s 340B pharmacy program through compliance monitoring, audits, reporting, inventory management, staff education, and policy maintenance. Oversees pharmacy purchasing, supplier relationships, DSCSA compliance, TPA systems, dashboards, and financial performance metrics. Collaborates with Pharmacy, Finance, IT, and other departments to improve program integrity, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and cost savings.

Manages clinical back-office services, nursing supervision, staff competency, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, vaccine programs, audits, and patient safety initiatives. Oversees training, performance improvement, clinical policies, CLIA-waived testing, biohazardous waste, sterilization, outbreak response, and public health agency coordination across community health clinics.
