Commercial Benefits Overview

Provide administrative and customer-facing support for the IT sales function, handling order processing, quotations, license renewals, vendor liaison, deal registrations, and customer queries. Coordinate with operations on hardware/software movement, maintain partner contacts, and help drive recurring revenue through proactive renewals and excellent service.

Provide escalated 2nd-line IT support for internal teams and external clients, manage helpdesk tickets within SLA, perform server patching and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot infrastructure (VMware, AD, Office 365, Citrix, networking, SAN), liaise with vendors, maintain documentation, attend client sites (including occasional overnight stays) and participate in a paid on-call rota.

Support procurement and sustainability initiatives across multiple product categories. Manage supplier relationships, onboarding, compliance, and sustainability reporting (Scope 3, EcoVadis, ISO, GHG Protocol). Analyse supplier data, negotiate terms, support marketing plans, and help deliver projects to meet science-based environmental targets.
