Design and execute data-informed consumer sales strategies to drive deposit, customer, and revenue growth. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, analyze market and performance data, create sales campaigns and roadmaps, support branch expansion, partner with stakeholders and FinTechs, and mentor team members to embed revenue-generating practices across the bank.

Supervise teller operations and training, schedule and evaluate teller staff, reconcile teller proof sheets, maintain vault and branch security, approve transactions within limits, process returns and collections, perform teller and new-account duties, and support branch goals.

Manage and underwrite a portfolio of commercial loans, maintain customer relationships, develop new business in Northern NJ, monitor delinquencies, restructure or pursue collections, ensure asset quality, and prepare loan reports while working with branches and credit teams.
