Leads full-cycle recruiting for Data Center Operations roles, including job description development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, compliance, and ATS reporting. This is a fully remote, 4–5 month contract position requiring bilingual French and English proficiency.
