Leads CoinJar Europe’s compliance and AML/CTF framework, ensuring regulatory permissions, effective controls, financial crime compliance, governance, risk management, and regulatory engagement. Advises the Board and senior management on regulatory risk while overseeing daily compliance operations. Responsibilities include building compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments and monitoring, managing regulatory findings and remediation, and liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland. The role requires PCF-12 and PCF-52 approval.
