Provide on-call recovery support for participants in sobering/withdrawal management: assess needs, connect to community resources, facilitate recovery goals and groups, document contacts in EHR, transport participants, and support team meetings and reporting.

Provide hands-on nursing care for individuals in withdrawal or acute intoxication: admission screenings, nursing assessments, monitor withdrawal symptoms, administer medications, document in EMR, respond to crises, coordinate care and transfers, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide sobering medical monitoring to ensure patient safety and stabilization.

Provide direct patient care in an Opioid Treatment Program: intake, vitals, medication reconciliation and administration, EKGs, phlebotomy, urine toxicology, EMR documentation, care coordination, and emergency response while following OTP protocols.
