CMiC Benefits Overview

Coordinates CMiC software implementation projects by supporting project managers, managing schedules, resources, documentation, reports, risks, and client communications. Acts as a project lead for cloud customers, assigns tasks, monitors progress, resolves issues, and ensures requirements and standards are met. The role also supports change management and collaboration across functional teams. Travel to customer sites and travel to the United States may be required.

Lead design, development, testing and release of financial-product features (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets). Gather user requirements, create process/design docs, support documentation and training, engage customers and internal teams on feature requests, review enhancement portals, and conduct competitive analysis for construction-focused financial software.

Serve as the first point of contact for software customers by answering questions, providing basic training, triaging and prioritizing support tickets, conducting customer meetings, reproducing and documenting issues, collaborating with programming and product teams, maintaining knowledge-base content, and communicating product and process feedback. The role requires strong French and English communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective workflow management.
