Provides client onboarding and KYC support for the Sales team in a financial services environment. Responsibilities include collecting and screening client documentation, creating and maintaining accounts and client files, conducting annual reviews, reconciling records, managing GDPR-related documentation, supporting frontier-market onboarding, and preparing client statistics. The role also handles ad hoc client queries, coordinates with brokers, and provides information to front-office, compliance, and audit teams.

Oversee trade bookings, confirmations, reference data, reconciliations, and operational controls across middle-office workflows. Coordinate with traders, counterparties, customers, and global support teams to resolve trade-related issues. Manage BAU activities, authorize system releases, support projects, and identify process improvements. The role requires securities operations knowledge, strong analytical and organizational skills, risk awareness, and flexibility to work Asia, EU, or US shifts.
