Own and operate platform services including observability, GitLab, CI runners, and infrastructure automation. Responsibilities include reliability, incident response, service deployment, monitoring, capacity, backups, access management, developer support, self-service automation, infrastructure-as-code delivery, documentation, and post-incident improvements. The role requires production experience with Linux, Kubernetes, GitOps, Ansible, Terraform or OpenTofu, GitLab, Prometheus, Grafana, and AI engineering assistants.

Own automation and infrastructure outcomes across cloud costs, inventory, network policies, and capacity workflows. Build reliable Python systems and cloud API integrations, transform and reconcile billing and inventory data, deliver infrastructure changes through IaC and CI, and maintain monitoring, documentation, testing, and safe recovery processes. Collaborate across engineering, Finance, and Security while diagnosing issues across Linux, networking, APIs, data, and cloud environments.

The Director of Corporate Development owns CloudLinux’s inorganic growth strategy, including acquisition sourcing, screening, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, budgeting, negotiation support, and post-close integration. The role also evaluates alliances, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships; supports long-term strategy and debt or equity financing; and builds the corporate development function, playbooks, models, and pipeline infrastructure.
