The Business Development Representative will generate qualified sales opportunities through prospecting, engage with decision-makers, and meet sales targets.

Lead and scale the BDR team by recruiting, coaching, and managing performance. Drive outbound prospecting, qualify inbound leads, track KPIs, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with marketing, sales ops, and enablement to meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, consolidated financial statements and month/quarter/year-end close. Implement internal controls, optimize accounting processes (including sales tax), coordinate external audits, support financial reporting and tax preparation, and provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team on a 12-month contract.
