A paid clerkship for penultimate-year law students offering two practice-area rotations at a full-service commercial law firm. Clerks perform legal research, draft client memos, attend court and client meetings, contribute to pro bono work, receive mentoring from partners and coaches, participate in professional development, and use legal AI tools.

The Senior Legal Counsel will advise on commercial and compliance matters, manage conflicts of interest, and ensure legal compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, mitigating commercial risks, and providing legal guidance to senior stakeholders.

Provide commercial and infrastructure legal advice across transport, logistics and digital infrastructure sectors. Work on transactions, procurement, project delivery, regulatory matters, drafting and negotiating contracts, client advisory, and asset lifecycle issues. Collaborate firm-wide and may undertake client secondments.
