Leads the planning, implementation, support, and strategic direction of enterprise IT infrastructure across multiple locations. Manages infrastructure personnel, networking, servers, storage, cloud services, virtualization, Microsoft 365, disaster recovery, backups, documentation, vendors, budgets, and technology lifecycle planning. Provides hands-on troubleshooting and support during critical events while collaborating with cybersecurity and application teams to maintain secure, scalable, highly available systems.

Designs, programs, tests, and troubleshoots PLC, HMI, electrical, instrumentation, drive, and process control systems for high-speed beverage packaging and brewing equipment. Creates electrical schematics, supports control networks, performs root cause analysis and continuous improvement, and ensures GMP, HACCP, and FSMA compliance. The role also mentors electricians and automation technicians, supports CMMS activities, and collaborates with operations leaders across the manufacturing facility. Flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Lead end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across four U.S. manufacturing sites, with emphasis on maintenance talent. Partner with HR teams and operational leaders, manage candidate communications and applicant tracking, develop sourcing strategies for specialized roles, promote openings through job boards and recruiting events, and improve hiring processes.

Oversee enterprise cost accounting across four brewing facilities by standardizing bills of materials, production routings, cost structures, and standard costing methodology. Consolidate SKU and site-level cost data, analyze variances, maintain dashboards, support budgeting and audits, and strengthen inventory valuation controls. Partner with plant operations, procurement, commercial leadership, and finance to support pricing, capital investment, new products, and site onboarding. Travel domestically to production locations to validate costing data.

Oversee and standardize enterprise cost accounting across four manufacturing locations, including bills of materials, production routings, standard costing, variance analysis, overhead absorption, inventory controls, and cost reporting. Partner with plant operations, procurement, commercial teams, and finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, capital projects, new product development, audits, and site onboarding. Maintain ERP/MRP costing modules and validate data through cross-site audits and production-floor engagement.

Operates manual and automated brewing and batching equipment, manually measures ingredients, moves materials by forklift, verifies raw materials, performs basic laboratory testing, loads and unloads tankers, completes documentation, and conducts CIP tank and line cleaning. Follows GMP, HACCP, FDA, safety, sanitation, and quality requirements while working across mixing, blending, filtration, and manufacturing operations.
