The role develops sales reps, establishes quotas and accountability standards, manages CRM discipline, analyzes performance trends, improves sales playbooks, and supports growth across sign shops and franchise networks nationwide. This is a fully onsite leadership position in Las Colinas, Texas.

Manage and grow a portfolio of sign company clients across Pennsylvania and New York. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, monitoring account health, preventing churn, conducting quarterly business reviews, aligning Cirrus solutions to customer goals, tracking KPIs in HubSpot, and collaborating with sales, marketing, product, customer service, and technical support teams. Frequent territory travel is required.

The Growth Marketing Specialist will create high-converting content, strategize marketing efforts, and leverage AI tools to support customer acquisition in a growing tech company.
