Develop and maintain responsive enterprise web application interfaces using modern frontend technologies. Build reusable components, integrate RESTful APIs, troubleshoot usability and performance issues, and collaborate with backend, UX, product, QA, DevOps, and globally distributed teams. Participate in code reviews and Agile software development while supporting AI-powered People Operations applications.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise web applications, including frontends, backend services, APIs, databases, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Own features throughout the software lifecycle, participate in architecture and code reviews, modernize legacy systems, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability, performance, and engineering practices.
