Children's Dental FunZone Benefits Overview

Oversee operations for a pediatric dental office, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, KPI analysis, compliance, team development, and implementation of company initiatives. The Regional Manager will lead managers and staff, improve efficiency, support patient experiences, and foster a positive, accountable culture across the practice.

Provides orthodontic and dental assisting support in a pediatric practice. Duties include sterilizing instruments, preparing trays, maintaining and testing equipment, pouring models, completing laboratory procedures, charting patient findings, stocking operatories, and supporting preventive dental activities. Works collaboratively with dentists and the dental team while delivering patient-focused care to children.

Provides orthodontic and pediatric dental assistance, including instrument sterilization, tray setup, equipment maintenance, X-ray support, dental model preparation, charting, exam documentation, and operatory organization. Works with dentists and dental teams on preventive care activities. Requires an OA or RDA license, orthodontic experience, familiarity with Dentrix Ascend and dental procedures, a high school diploma, and the ability to work effectively with children in a fast-paced environment.
