Serve as the primary contact for patients and families referred for oral surgery. Conduct outbound phone, text, and email follow-up, explain treatment referrals, address concerns, schedule appointments, coordinate with sister offices, track referral pipelines, improve conversion rates, and report referral and appointment trends. The role requires strong relationship-building, organization, empathy, sales ability, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Lead multi-location marketing strategy for a pediatric dental group, including local campaigns, community events, referral partnerships, office openings, brand consistency, media outreach, analytics, budgets, vendors, and compliance. Supervise field marketing staff, support patient acquisition and loyalty initiatives, maintain marketing materials, and travel frequently among offices and event locations. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.

Provide orthodontic support in a pediatric dental office: sterilize and set up trays, maintain equipment, pour models, chart patient records, keep operatories stocked, and assist dentists with preventive community activities.
