Provides mental performance coaching, psychoeducation, mental health support, referrals, and consultation to professional baseball players and staff. Develops organization-wide performance curricula, supports injured and international athletes, conducts assessments when licensed or supervised, maintains confidential records, and collaborates with multidisciplinary sports medicine and player development teams. Requires relocation to Arizona, seasonal travel, and work in varying conditions.

Provides legal department support across contract administration, litigation management, corporate governance, privacy requests, intellectual property matters, legal projects, and office administration. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining contract databases and minute books, managing discovery and litigation holds, coordinating with counsel, preparing reports and budgets, and supporting the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel.
