Cherokee Federal Benefits Overview

Provides policy, program, and business process analysis for the Army Office of Energy Initiatives. Assesses federal legislation, executive orders, OMB guidance, Army directives, and other regulatory requirements; evaluates organizational processes and governance; develops improvement recommendations, performance metrics, dashboards, executive correspondence, briefing materials, and leadership reports. Coordinates taskings through ETMS2 and uses Smartsheet for reporting, dashboards, formulas, and automations. Requires an active Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Supports Air Force FSRM and MILCON programs by managing engineering, construction, renovation, and housing-related projects. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, reviewing designs and specifications, tracking schedules and resources, managing deliverables and invoices, assessing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating meetings, preparing reports, and recommending corrective actions. The role also supports contract formation, quality assessments, site-related activities, and project lifecycle oversight.

Configure, develop, and optimize Salesforce Government Cloud solutions using declarative tools, OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components. Lead requirements gathering, translate business processes into user stories, support Agile SDLC delivery, manage integrations and security models, and oversee testing and deployments through Git-based CI/CD tools. Brief government stakeholders and document technical designs, data flows, and configuration decisions in a regulated environment.
