Supervise cross-dock operations, including inbound and outbound loading, unloading, scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, activity tracking, and performance management. The role ensures freight moves accurately and on time, maintains operational logs and procedures, responds to complaints, supports employee training, and promotes efficient, safe, and customer-focused service in an on-site dock environment.

Owns the roadmap and continuous improvement of customer-facing shipping systems and digital products. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing customer journeys, prioritizing features, collaborating with Technology and vendors, supporting integrations, coordinating UAT and implementation, monitoring product analytics, and driving continuous improvement. The role serves as the business liaison across customers, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Technology, with a focus on quote-to-delivery shipping workflows and customer experience.

Supports financial operations through invoice processing, data validation, reconciliations, payment file preparation, billing issue resolution, and financial reporting. Maintains customer and payment records, communicates with customers and vendors, assists with month-end close, and prepares summaries and audit reports. The role requires strong Excel and data management skills, accuracy, confidentiality, and effective problem-solving in an on-site office environment.
