Agency Bonus Plan:
Once team members pass the 6-month mark, they become part of the agency bonus plan. Team members receive a quarterly bonus payment based on the agency’s overall year-over-year revenue growth. This enables all of us to share in the results of our collective hard work and celebrate that success.

Remote Work Policy:
We offer lots of flexibility when it comes to where you work. Each day, team members can work remotely at home or come into the office. We do require employees to be in-office one day a month for a fun team building day.

Flexible Fridays:
We know you have a life outside of work, and we want you to have a healthy work-life balance. With that in mind, we offer Flexible Fridays which give our team members the option to take Friday afternoon off, start your weekend early, and truly recharge before Monday.

Events:
We work with great people so it’s pretty nice to get to see them and just do something fun! We have parties, outings, board game lunches, and happy hours throughout the year.
