Supports manufacturing engineering and continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. Responsibilities include time and motion studies, line balancing, layout optimization, workstation design, standardized work, technical documentation, production data analysis, Lean projects, and KPI reporting. The intern collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Engineering teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and process adherence in an active manufacturing environment.

Leads cross-functional sales operations projects from planning through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, improving processes, and supporting operational excellence. Develops project plans, timelines, risk assessments, dashboards, KPIs, and status reports. Supports sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, documents business requirements, and helps implement new tools and workflows through communication, training, and change management. Requires strong customer-facing communication and continuous improvement skills.

Leads global product compliance and regulatory engineering initiatives across products, materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes. Interprets international regulations, sustainability requirements, and certification standards; assesses compliance risks; supports testing and product validation; maintains technical documentation and reporting tools; and collaborates with engineering, quality, supply chain, suppliers, laboratories, and business teams. The role also monitors regulatory changes, supports EPR reporting, and travels up to 15%.
