Supports laboratory operations for Phase I–IV clinical trials by preparing collection supplies, obtaining and processing samples according to protocol, maintaining temperature and inventory logs, documenting chain of custody, monitoring storage conditions, and packaging study materials for shipment or return. The role also assists with site preparation, laboratory documentation, supply ordering, and sample storage while working a full-time evening schedule with initial morning training.

Serves meals, beverages, and snacks to clinical research subjects; prepares trays, assists with food preparation, cleans dining and kitchen areas, transports dishes and trash, and restocks supplies. Maintains sanitation and supports meal service according to subject requirements. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior dietary aide or similar experience, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Coordinates clinical trials from initiation through completion while maintaining ICH, GCP, protocol, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include scheduling data collection, organizing study information, documenting adverse events and protocol deviations, reporting research data, supporting regulatory activities, educating participants, and performing safety and efficacy assessments such as vital signs, EKGs, and blood draws.
